A cleaning fee of GBP 40 will be charged upon arrival Apartments do not have lifts Please note guests are requested by Clapham Apartments to contact them by email 48 hours before arrival to discuss check-in arrangements The apartments are self-service and there is no reception Arrival times must be agreed in advance Please note that parties are strictly not permitted The surrounding properties are occupied by families, so noise should be kept to a minimum Late arrivals after midnight will be subject to a surcharge of GBP 40 Please inform Clapham Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation A security deposit of GBP 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation
