The outdoor pool at Beachwoods Resort is temporarily closed until further notice The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented with a matching photo ID at the time of check-in for verification The name on the reservation must match the name of the guest who is checking in If guest is unable to provide the credit card for verification, a credit card authorisation form must be sent to the resort by the cardholder prior to check-in Guests may also provide an alternative credit card with a photo ID matching the cardholder name for verification at check-in In case of cancellation, the property will refund any advance deposit previously collected on the credit card used to book the reservation to the card on file The daily resort fee is due at check in and includes access to the outdoor pool, indoor pool, water park, activity centre, fitness centre, lakeside lodge, paddle boats, fishing, nature trails, beach parking, tennis court, basketball court, bocce ball, croquet, playground, beach volleyball, and picnic areas Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply
