Villa Baylis is offered as a 5-bedroom property, but it can be rented with only 3 or 4 bedrooms -unused bedrooms are locked but all facilities are fully available- Please be informed that the maximum number of extra beds in a villa is 2 beds More extra beds are only upon request and availability Guests enjoy the following benefits: - Maid services 3 times per week - Complimentary linen changes once per week and towel changes twice a week - Complimentary concierge services to assist with excursions and bookings - Complimentary roundtrip airport transfer with 1 minivan -if an additional minivan is needed, additional charges apply- The property requires a 30% prepayment of the total reservation via bank transfer or Paypal Guests will receive a direct email from the property within 48 hours of booking with the payment instructions To confirm the reservation, the prepayment must be made within 5 days once email is received The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival Please inform Beachside Villa Baylis in advance of your expected arrival time You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation A security deposit of THB 35800 is required upon arrival for incidentals This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation
