Amera Villas require prepayment via Paypal or direct bank transfer Guests will receive a direct email from Amera within 48 hours of booking with the Paypal link or bank details To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once email is received Please note that room rates do not include an electrical fee Guest are charged THB 5 per unit Payment is to be made directly at the hotel Cleaning services are provided once every 2 days while bed linen is changed once per week The property offers a private Thai chef service and grocery deliveries for an additional charge Guests are kindly requested to inform the property at least 24-hours in advance if they wish to make use of this service Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation A security deposit of THB 10000 is required upon arrival for incidentals This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation
