Please note that All Seasons Port Elliot Holiday House requires a $300 security deposit via bank transfer to cover any incidental charges The security depositbond payment will be credited to your designated account once our property has been inspected at the room at check-out The property aims to ensure this happens within 7 working days of your departure Any damage, loss or expense incurred by Management as a result of your breach of these Terms and Conditions will be charged against the security depositbond Examples of this include but are not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements or extra guests beyond those declared You will be advised about key collection 24 hours prior to your check-in date and after full payment + security depositbond has been made The home is self-contained; however, you will need to bring your own linen, towels, toiletries and cleaning supplies Quilts, pillows and blankets are supplied Linen and towel hire can be arranged if requested at a charge Please advise the property at time of paying the deposit if you will require linen, so arrangements can be made in advance
