Upon arrival at Mirador Mansion, we strongly advise guests to head directly to the reception desk at Floor 13 Flat C2, and ignore the salespeople around the hostel Please reconfirm the address and hostel name at the front desk upon arrival In cases of no-show, guests will be charged as per the hostels policy The reception desk is on a different floor as the rooms Pre-authorisation from credit card will be processed before arrival to secure your reservation This pre-authorisation will be released after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation Check-out time from 9:00 to 11:00 Thank you for your cooperation Guest will have to pay HKD500 room deposit for securing room facilities Its refundable upon check out when the room is checked We can also pre-authorize on the card as deposit and release after room check Please note that guests are not allowed to modify guest names 2 days before arrival Please note that hot water showers in guests bathrooms will only be provided from 07:00-12:00 and 19:00-01:00 -midnight-
