If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please inform the property in advance After a booking is made, you will receive an email from the property with further instructions regarding payment procedures and key collection Final cleaning fees are included in the price On arrival, credit card details will be required as a guarantee for any possible damage The card holder must be present during check-in To check in, guests are advised to go to the office at Unit 13, Adler Street, E1 1EG, where they will receive the keys and pay for the stay They will be given directions to their apartment Properties may be located within a 15 minute walking from the advertised area Check-in after 21:00 will be charged GBP 20 and after midnight will be charged GBP 30 Group bookings of 3 apartments or more and bookings for more than 6 nights are subject to pre-payment On confirmation of booking, 30% of the deposit is required The final balance is to be paid 14 days prior to arrival Full cancellation policy and charges will be advised directly to guests by the hotel Bookings by groups of over 8 people: For guests who are less than 25 years old and last-minute reservations -same day arrival-, the apartment provider reserves the right to require deposit in form of cash and to double the amount of the security deposit Please note that parties are not allowed on the property, and guests found breaking this rule will be charged A security deposit of GBP 150 against breakages will be charged as guarantee on creditdebit card or cash For groups of 6 guests or more, the security deposit will be GBP 50 per person The final balance is to be paid upon arrival Please note that the pictures shown are selected from several apartments The apartments are of a similar standard, but may differ to the ones shown Upon check-in, guests must show a valid, government issued photo ID and credit card used for the booking The card holder must be present upon arrival Visitors after 22:00 are not permitted Guests may be evicted if this rule is not adhered to The lead guest must be at least 18 years old, otherwise they will not be allowed to check in Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Unit 13, Adler Street, E1 1EG London Please inform London City Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation A security deposit of GBP 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation
