Reception hours are as follows: Monday-Friday 9:00-12:00, 1300-1600 Saturday-Sunday 9:00:1100 If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please contact the property in advance to arrange key collection, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation If you do not make contact, the keys cannot be provided and your booking will be cancelled Please note that At the Sands Holiday Apartments requires credit card pre-authorisation upon check in to cover any incidental charges This amount is AUD $200 during low season, and AUD $350 during high season Please note that toiletries and washing powder are not provided A security deposit of AUD 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation
